HI, I did a job that I got off here a couple of weeks ago, when can I leave feedback and when do I get feedback left? I thought I could do it straight away but I went to the feedback page and it said that I had no feedback to leave? Thanks. Confused of Durham...

I'd wait until you're paid, then you know everything has gone as expected. I'd imagine the other party may wait until you've left feedback, so you'll be looking at a months time unless you have agreed otherwise.

You should have a red marker stating you need to leave feedback everytime you log in, but something may have been missed if the reminder is not there? Have a word with admin

If there's no feedback to leave then you have not been allocated the job on mtvan. Ask your vendor to allocate the job to you.

On the subject of feedback, it's time to bang my head against the wall...

What is the point in me leaving NEGATIVE feedback on a member as a warning to other couriers if 10+ weeks later it's still not visible.

Frequently in feedback systems when one party is able to leave bad feedback in response to receiving bad feedback, then nobody leaves bad feedback at all. We want to encourage all feedback left is 100% honest, and you can leave bad feedback without risking your own reputation.

Your feedback will appear at the latest when the feedback window is over, or as soon as the other party leaves you feedback. You should encourage the other party to leave you feedback asap if the job is complete.

We've discussed the downside you mention here and we have a few ideas about what we can do so that this delay can be minimised, we do understand that any delay is not preferable.

I agree with you there Damian. Too much damage can be done in that amount of time in my book.

Not seen you on here for a while, how are you mate?

Sorry for going off topic for a moment lol

I've no problem with the way it works which is sensible, my problem is with the length of time, which is especially important with negative feedback from vendors.

Negative feedback from a vendor is going to be posted quickly because the supplier has obviously done the job badly. Negative feedback from a supplier is probably because they haven't been paid promptly which obviously can't be posted quickly or the payment wouldn't be late :)
