5670JUST BEEN LOOKING THROUGH THE LIST OF MEMBERS AND SEE THAT MOST OF THEM EITHER DO NOT HAVE GOODS IN TRANSIT LISTED OR ARE SAYING THEY ARE EXEMPT. CAN SOME ONE TELL ME HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE WHEN THEY ARE SAYING THEY ARE WORKING AS A COURIER, WHEN WE JOINED IT WAS A REQUIRMENT TO PROVE WE WHERE A GENUINE COURIER.

588Good luck trying to find an answer to that.

2185100s of people now have their insurance details on here.
Everyone who has applied to join mtvan this year has been questioned on the phone about their insurance. If they say they have no insurance, there's no Activation of their account.
Some of the people who started on here before 2014 have not yet updated their insurance. We think that's not good for their business, as a lot of Vendors won't call anyone with no insurance on their Profile.

1701That would be GIT insurance then, but not hire and reward? Or am I mistaken? As always I stand to be corrected, I know what is the most important.

2185We have always used having or not having GIT as one of the ways of weeding out people who "aren't really proper couriers".
Also, we chose GIT because it's that insurance that will protect the Vendor's loss in the event of a problem.
Obviously, we're as keen as anyone to know that people are properly insured for the use they're putting their vehicle to, and will be offering uploads for this (and Public Liability) soon.

1701Brill, another major milestone will be passed then, fantastic news I await the day.

If you don't have H and R insurance GIT is insurance becomes invalid so both should be displayed.
