Had occasion to phone Newton le Willows this morning only to learn that Sameday UK Ltd were taken over by City Sprint on the 4th March 2013 and now operate out of Trafford Park.

3440Len Rainford moved to trafford park, taken over by Citysprint about 3 months ago, done tons of work for these years ago.

175643I used to sub quite a few jobs to them a couple of years ago, I was very surprised to learn Len has sold up. I'd be very interested to know how much City Sprint paid? Not expecting anyone knows the answer to that question though!
It will be along the lines of all acquisitions a % of sales over an agreed period whilst being paid for a management position for that period as your only selling good-will.
