It amazes me how many people do not know how to get the best out of this site! Daily I see news feed posts telling me that a driver is going to or coming from an area. "What's happening" is not the correct place for this. It's a news feed, it rolls of the page before anyone looking for a driver has chance to see it. There is, however, a "Post Empty" page where controllers like me can see, in real time, where drivers are that have bothered to Post Empty. Anybody need help, just ask. Regards, Bernard.
How to use this site.

271I use a combination of both because when driving it can be a bit fiddly to post empty with postcodes etc so use the status update as a quick alternative.

1701Sorry Sreve but 12 postings since the 13th i hardly think that posts roll off the page and like the above i only use it as a quick post when i am in an area and waiting around for 20 mins or so.

271And at least people are using it, Whether it's deemed wrong or not people are still logging onto this site to at least try. Is that really such a bad thing?

Fair point about the posts Mike, But there was a time! Those were the days.

25600However, If you "post empty" before leaving base, that info is available to me all day. I might have given away a £200.00 job a few minutes before your " "what's happening" has rolled on or of the page.
