How do you get hold of mtvan?

I have sent emails to mtvan and have paid money for the service. However the site won't upload my insurance details and i cannot get hold of anyone to resolve it for me.

Does anyone know how to get hold of mtvan?

If you send me the docs to tim at mtvan dot com I'll have a go.

The problem is that the upload uses Flash which is no longer generally installed on people's browsers.

It's on our list to fix.

Im trying to upload ins details as well and cannot do it. Just get a spinning timer. Is this the same reason? Richard.

Hi Richard, we're really sorry that this is not working. We've been working on a big update for mtvan in general, and the fix for this page (and the logo upload) will be included in this. It really won't be long now. I'll let you (and many other people) know when it's done.

In the meantime, feel free to send me your insurance certificates to support@mtvan dot com and I'll upload them for you as part of our testing of the new page.
