Courier Websites

Just thought I'd start a discussion to see if there's any interest in this, especially as there seems to be decent interest in our customer booking system stuff.

It's possible we could work on something where you could point your domain name at us and we'd serve up your own custom website with content you could write, complete with customer booking form etc.

We're just bouncing ideas around at the moment so, any thoughts? Is anyone looking for this kind of thing at the moment?

Sounds like a good idea, so long as its possible for us to customize the site in terms of design and colour scheme (not just written content) to prevent homogeneity and help our customers distinguish between us.

Is this HTML or databased? (like I know what I'm talking about LOL)

I agree - this is what I was thinking about.

Sounds good. Would it then be possible to place any job you couldn't deal with up for quotes, either on MTVan or other sites...?

A system that would give us a control screen where we'd have the option of say a tick, for it to appear on mtvan, that way we'd all avoid having to do everything 3 times ( our system, Courier Exchange, and mtvan) The tick would automatically send the job and all its details on to the mtvan control screen
