Operations Director Steve Ashworth has worked with one of the biggest parcel companies in the world (UPS) United Parcel Service for 10 years where he started out as a package car driver back in 2006,
Steve quickly became interested in the Operations side of the business and was promoted to the operations manger role where he relished the opportunity to improve on the customer service that the drivers were providing, with this in mind Steve and his team improved the local center that they were working from Leyland and placed them into the number one spot for customer service and stayed within the top 3 spots in his 8 years in charge of the operation,
An opportunity arose for Steve to take on another challenge within (UPS) this time in Exeter as a centre manger where Steve and his team again improved on the service provided and rose through the rankings to place Exeter at the number one spot for customer service where it stayed for his two years in charge, with all of his knowledge within the courier and same day industry Steve decided to go it alone and this is how PARCEL2PALLET LTD came about.
Steve and his team are not resting on their laurels and again customer service will be very much a number one priority, great customer service begins and ends with experienced and friendly professionals, which is why we put so much consideration into selecting the best people to join our team.
