Editing Jobs

I am experiencing problems when trying to update job information. After editing the booking sheet I press save and get a blank sheet. When I go back to the delivery sheet the update is not there and all information is lost. Also I get a blank page when trying to delete a job, I can only get rid of it by allocation. There are also some fields that cannot be edited, such as time of collection etc. Can Admin advice?

We've completely revamped our edit job page now.

Hi, I've just had a play offline and it works so much better now.

What would be really great is if we could then print off an A4 page with just the data showing rather than the old way which I think was a screen shot. This would save me having to it all twice!

Also, the delivery sheet would be better if we could have a "signed by" & time, on collection as well as delivery. Is this possible?

Ok, so you'd like a print off of the data on the edit booking page. The following...

• Customer Details
• Booking Details
• Journey Details (pickup, delivery address etc)
• Customer Charge
• Driver Pay
• ETA And POD Information

I take it this would be for internal use for you? As oppose to a delivery sheet for your driver?

Ok, just to be clear, I'm assuming you mean the 'Delivery Sheet' as linked to by the 'Delivery Sheet' link on the Unallocated page? So a Proof of Collection, and a Proof of Delivery?
