Speed Couriers (Stansted Airport)
the way i look at it, if there's a job like that and someone from the destination happens to be in the area puts in a quote, i don't expect to do a deal...thats just him being in the right place at the right time....and thats wot its all about isn't it?
Why expect a cheaper rate just cos he's goin that way anyway....or is that just me?
These exchange sites are not a bad thing for this industry...its the vendors takin the piss that are draggin us all down.
Deadline Despatch
£ 68 !!! na you gotta be making it up  Surely ????
Speed Couriers (Stansted Airport)
jobs like that don't belong on cx or mtvan...if its ebay stick on a site thats full of this stuff...if it isn't then don't take the piss...and if you're an OD ffs don't quote for it

it seems they do yes....and if they can do 3 or 4 enroute i can see how it works....my point is you shouldn't have to do all these detours and xtra piles of cow dung to make a days pay

I know of several drivers who never go at the "proper" rate...but they try and ensure they have no dead mileage at all....bloody hard work and risky if it don't come off

Is this really how low we've gotten?
