Under contact details is an option to set online bids only. However after saving it to 'Yes' it seems to revert back to 'no' which was born out by the calls I received today.
Can I make a suggestion that you be allowed to set a default which in my case would be 'Yes' but that when booking a job you have the option to overide the default setting.
If I have an advance booking then I'd prefer the bids to be online, but if I have an urgent job that needs doing straight away I'd prefer people calling.
