As we all know, cashflow is the biggest problem in any industry, especially for the small operators, and especially in the current climate.

No matter how deep you delve into a company, using woteva means, there really is little you can do if someone's taking ages to pay, and especially if they go bust on you.
It's taken me over 2 years to get a debt of £400 paid...finally....but thankfully that is a rarity.

Couriers who deliberately give out work with no intention of ever paying is rare.
Yes there are threads on the subject, but no one's going to waste time telling everyone about good payers, so its no suprise you get a distorted view.

Don't be put off...yes there is always a risk and yes its annoying when a company shuts down and re opens under a new name a day or 2 later.....but i have to say, generally speaking 99% are honest decent people.
