I`m getting £1.00 a mile for a car @55mpg who needs a larger vehicle

Too many quoting for the same job during quiet time of the year. Most vendors who are always looking for the cheapest quote tend to want prices around 80pplm. I would rather stay at home and earn nothin, because that is basically what i would earn at the price.

I don't think he was asking for any... He needs to put his prices up if he's only getting a quid a mile :)

You would have to be vetted before I could work for you, you might not pass my tests, also could you pay in 7 days

Might be a twat who is going home and the job is a perfect backload for them.

How stupid of them to quote a backload rate and make certain they get the job

What... Somebody trying to maximise there profits by quoting a lower price because it works perfectly for them... That surely cannot be tolerated.

AFTER the job? That's a novel idea, I thought it should be 48 hrs in advance otherwise how will you have time to spend it before you do the work?
