Cheapest... Phone app

Plus there are vrs items on the market from less than 20 quid that you stick onto the van, however they bleep when they want batterys and the battery issue could be testing. There is of course many alarms these days that have the capability but your looking at over £400 for subscription and thats without paying to have it fitted ( not allowed to fit it yourself ) . It all depends if you want real time location or a map to be checked out after the fact .

But if it were me id be inclined to look for something along this lines

Any ideas of how to secure contracts. Am currently working on 52pplm with City Sprint. Im sure I can get more? Obviously being a new courier I guess I will learn over time. I note you are also midlands based. If you have any work feel free to get in touch. 07872076460.

Stop. Now. You are not making anything at 52ppm, you will have to pay for van repairs and maintenance at some point!

I use the back 2 you tracking system. Hard wired tracking solution fitted to van. Costs £200 for the tracker and includes 12 months tracking. Then £60 per year. I am currently running 5 trackers. Website: http://www.back2you.com

Alternatively, I am also using the Journease Professional Courier software. They have the ability to track the driver via his phone for approx £5 per month per driver. Website: http://www.journease.co.uk

I personally recommend both systems.

Do you want to track the vehicle or the driver? There are services anyone can use which allow you to track a mobile phone, the phone in question just has to reply to an authorisation text to set it up. Maybe this is useful, depends what you want to achieve.

This one is well established and has pretty reasonable pricing http://www.mobilelocate.co.uk/ Hope this helps
