Well if you mean Russia! I've never deliver to Russia but the wife is Russian and have a Russian daughter who lives In our house in Moscow so have spent a lot of time there driving our 30 year old Lada. As long as you know the rules, have plenty of Roubles because you will have to bribe everyone. ( or you might have you're load confiscated on the border) The police supplement their wages via bribes and undeclared fines and if you have foreign plates They will give you all kinds of bs as they know you don't know Russian law so they will make it up. Also every town, city and village has it's criminal organisation which if you're operating any form of business will require their cut. The wife used to have a market stall and had to pay the local gangsters and the police to operate. If you're wondering how you keep a 30 year old lada on the road you buy an mot from the local police chief.
