5hi there,ive just come out of multidrop work,moving into same day work now. i have a xlwb hi top van,sprinter size.what should i be charging per loaded mile? with my own customers ive heard going rate is approx 1.50 ish??

if its a backload id be happy to just cover fuel.what is an acceptable amount to charge on here if its not a backload? im guessing "the job" will always be "someones" backload so any advice will be greatly recieved.
also does MT VAN get you much work? obviously it wouldnt be a sole income,but compared to the courier exchange is it worth paying to join?
im not a member of courier exchange either,they want alot of money upfront,which i'll happily pay if its worthwhile.
but i thought id check out MT VAN first.
