How often do you get work?

It really depends whether you put in a quote that is acceptable to the vendor of the posted job, how far away you are, whether where you are makes it possible or not for the timings the vendor has asked for can be made, and whether the price you've quoted is a price that the vendor can work with.

Is it all long distance?

You'll find local jobs, mid range jobs and long distance jobs... You'll find urgent jobs and not so urgent jobs.

But with no photo, description of what vehicle you have, and no Goods in transit insurance listed either, i would say your chances are substantially less than they would be if you completed your profile!
