Who are they?

I can't believe this is the man who closed Niche Sameday and reopened on the very same day as Niche Special Services owing thousands and thousands to staff, suppliers and banks. He walked away without any concern for whom he owed money to or the cosequences for the people and companies he dealt with. As for real world Mr. Wragg admit it you knew exactly what you was doing all the time, you were a master manipulator, always someone elses fault. Never man enough to face up to your own failings. Look at your own post you can't even spell logistics never mind know what it means. Still living in my shadow Stuart? Can't get me off your mind after all this time? P. S Where's my money? Oh yeah and everbody elses?

If all is true looks like checks havnt been in place to allow this sort of company onto this site. Not the place for personal vendettas either.

I agree with fastback, If all is true then they should not be allowed on this site to rip drivers off when the they go bust again. We have had companies go pop on us and stiffed us for £000's then to start up next week with a slight name change. Whats more shocking is that they are airing their issues on here. Guess not many drivers will do work for them now

A company being dissolved does not mean that anything underhand has gone on. I have dissolved a company before which I was a director of. The company simply closed.

But without any facts its just washing dirty laundry in public, just accusing someone of being dodgy for having a dissolved company is unfair and doesn't mean anything has been done wrong.

I agree but by reading the opening statements would you let them run up a £10000 bill with your company? When you get 1 or 2 companies going bust on you every couple of months owing money you become a bit harsh on people

With respect I'm not sure the point you are making. The original poster has implied something dodgy is going on just because someone has a dissolved company. There are no facts or evidence to show any wrongdoing. It just looks like pathetic tittle tattle and does no parties any favours.

The news of it being dissolved is also about 6 months late
