4050After whats been going on people might be looking at the peoples feedback and reputation before deciding to quote for work, and no fault of your own but with little feedback it might put people off.
McDonald Logistics
2821especially when a 3 figured sum can run up at least £2K before you get paid
Williams Transport
3691Depends on the Postcode Cleethorpes and Retfford are 55 miles apart and are BOTH DN Postcodes.
40 drops and 300 miles needs to be at least £250.00

102930 drops at £3.00 per drop is £90. I make that a two figure sum.
Also multi-drop like this is never as straight forward as it might seem.
Long Services
10314Any decent multi dropper worth his weight will want and expect no less than £150 for a days work...or if you don't need all the boxes delivering, and want a van with half of what he went out with to come back with him, then I suspect you can get one for substantially less than that.
Me?...been there, dunnit and ain't going back...lol

1029I don't think we'd get much return business if we kept breaking into people houses to make a delivery and drank all their whiskey and ate all their mince pies before leaving.

Nah - he only gets one job a year. He should try doing it all year round, I bet he wouldn't be so bloody cheerful then.

Maybe so but he's still the best multi-dropper in the business. And I've never yet had to travel to the depot with a 'sorry you were out' card in hand.
Allen Transport
698Cum on you doubters...
Santa has the biggest round ever, it takes him 364 days to sort his load list out, He does it all with a smile on his face and luckily he has some helpers load his vehicle on Christmas eve. Once he's out on the road , so to speak.... Theres traffic flying around all over the place at 500 mph and boy racers at Mac2 or 3.
As for POD's... Do you really want to be woken up at 2-3 or 4am just to sign his POD...? I guess we can all trust Santas word.
Now, Im not so happy about him SHARRING my mince pies .. cos Im quite partial to them myself....
And Ive never heard of Santa being pulled over on suspician of having "One for the road" So I guess he carries a couple of hip flasks with him for the variety of alcohol from all the different countries he visits. Well you wouldnt mix your Saki with your Southern Comfort would you..?
As for them boys powering up his transport, Well you have to refuel your van dont you...? And look at the price of fuel even with your fuel card. I guess Santa has to feed the lads en-route, so I dont mind a half a dozen carrots ever year. Only wish our company vans would run on carrot juice.
Sims & Sons
1029I'll accept almost everything you say,,,,,,but come on! "With a smile on his face!" You're taking the piss S.E.X.I
Allen Transport
698Tut Tut [name] ... Your loweing the tone... Of course Santa does it with a smile, Why wouldnt he.
In think you might be growing up. And you dont really belive in Christmas and Santa Clause anymore. But the evidence for his exsistance lays with NORAD (North American air Defence), They have over the horizon radar, Satelite images and on Christmas eve you'll be able to follow LIVE TRACKING Of Santa's route... That real time tracking .. just like modern couriers have fitted in their van or on their phones.
Live sata Trackinglink text [link]
Now you cant tell me that an organisation like NORAD with the defence of the western world as a priority would waste time and money every year tracking Santa if he wasnt real and not a figment of grown up imagination.
Now as for taking the Psis... Why would I do that... and what would I do with it when I have it..? I dont think there is much call for it these days ... You cant sell it.. As far as I know.

152multy drop. bin there done it. no driver can do 100 drops a day without speeding and driving like an idiot. thats where white van man gets his name from.
i drive hgv as well as doing my own courier work. i would be a rich man if i had a £ for every time i am seriously cut up by courier vans ,marked, and un marked.
most drivers will not do multy drop. employers need to come up with todays times' what could be done 30 years ago cannot be done today without driving like a nutter.
multy drop at night is ok. no traffic.
McDonald Logistics
2821Just because you can't do it doesn't mean to say it can't be done
