Hi ajs, they can go quickly. Make sure you call the vendors on the site, you're more likely to pickup some work if people already know who you are.

You can indeed. PRO membership allows you to quote work. Posting on the forum, posting jobs, contacting other members and being included in the directory are all there for all free members.
