Hi all,<div><br></div><div>I have just&nbsp;implemented&nbsp;our first version of feedback on mtvan.</div><div><br></div><div>You'll find it in the Dashboard -&gt; Leave Feedback.</div><div><br></div><div>If you have any feedback to leave, we'll show a little red bubble to tell you next to the menu options.</div><div><br></div><div>This is feedback for jobs exchanged on mtvan. Obviously you'll need to be allocated the job on the site to be able to leave feedback about the vendor, and likewise the vendor about the courier. So make sure your work vendor actually allocates the work to you! And then chase them for some good feedback once you've done an outstanding job!!</div><div><br></div><div>I'm working to show the feedback on the profiles, along with extra trusted information.</div><div><br></div><div>Note to vendors: Yes I know the unallocated is fairly prehistoric, but it will allocate to members. Just prefix their member id with an 'm'. For instance I'm m1, Tim is m616 and so on. And yes I'm planning to improve the page and fix that annoying quirk.</div><div><br></div><div>I've currently set the deadline for feedback a long way back to get the ball rolling. ADMIN<br>I tried to leave feedback and it would.t let me save it ??<br>It said to add a comment,I did but it still didn't save and the save button remained remained light grey<br>

Did you see the min character count (100)? It's possible I can reduce this, I just wanted to make sure we got quality feedback rather than single word junk comments.<div><br></div><div>What browser are you using?</div>

i have had the same problem with both my mobile phone and the laptop using windows vista on the laptop. used about 30/40 characters

i left 100 charater feedback and it saved it, so its the amount of charaters you have to use that seems to be the problem

admin having same problem mate go to add the feed back using less than 100 characters save button not highlighting in order to save I'm using fire fox. <br>

OK, I'm sure you've guessed the 100 chars minimum is deliberate.<br><br>The toss up is whether I reduce the minimum input or make it more obvious what is going on (as many of you have obviously missed it, despite it being red!).<br><br>I'm inclined to make it more obvious as I feel a little more info will be more helpful to others, and it's not like 100 chars is that much... 2/3rds of an SMS. As [name] said in another thread, it's about quality and junk feedback in = junk feedback for anyone trying to gauge someone's trustworthiness.<br>

Feedback will register on the site when either both parties have left feedback or the other guys 6 month window to leave feedback has passed. This is to promote leaving honest feedback as it isn't possible to get negative feedback in retaliation for leaving negative feedback.</div>
