Thanks for looking those up, was told the text didn't have the time on it, and also wanted to ensure that it did say XLWB, I will post a new thread why shortly.

As there is no limit on the size of an email, please can you include "Additional Comments" in them, I cant post anything resembling code but "if item description is null don't display" would make them neater too.

Not sure what the email alert says if it has a time/date on it but the one above mentions nothing about it, you could presume it means ASAP but would be better to remove doubt.

Whilst I'm here there is an 'online bids only' option but it's never worked AFAIK, every company is different, some want ringing, some prefer texts, some online.

Why not allow vendors to select which with checkboxes and tailor the alerts accordingly, I'd have texts and online, so it would say
