Before the gossip starts and low lives try and ruin a business they know nothing about I would like to make a few points.<br>We joined courier exchange as [business] 3 months ago due to the fact that we were expanding our same day UK and European courier side.<br>We find that with CX we can move a job within minutes,in return we expected a good honest driver and who did the job to the letter,in return we would pay our guys within the 30 days EOM,BUT we pay WITHIN THE WEEK !!&nbsp;&nbsp; Not one person from CX can say we never paid on time or late,always within days !!&nbsp;&nbsp; If you are a member look us up and see our great feedback.<br>So why has all the brown stuff hit the fan ?....Well a know it all idiot from Warrington thinks this company is run by someone who was on CX sometime ago,any one with half a cell can clearly see that the company was formed in 2008 as a Ltd then [business] was set up to deal with van work !&nbsp;&nbsp; Then we have the bloke from <b>[XXXXXX]</b> who clearly for weeks has been bragging that he gets loads of money from <b>[XXXXX]</b> in <b>[XXXX]</b> and how he "thinks" he has the contract sewn up,he should never blang about all his dealing with a customer,and not on a public forum ! <b>[XXXXX]</b> in <b>[XXXX]</b> made contact with US but we wouldnt run at there rates then 4 weeks ago someone from our office met with <b>[XXXX]</b> at <b>[XXXXX]</b> and a little work was given as <b>[XXXXX]</b> cocked up,at no point did we at the time say or show <b>[XXXXX]</b> Ltd what there contractor was writing about them,nor all the other slanderous remarks he said this week,up until NOW,as we have a meeting with one of the TOP BOSSES from <b>[XXXXXX]</b> who we will show every single print out of char pages <b>[XXXXX]</b> have been saying about us and them and how easy he thinks he has it.We are here to make money as a company and have and would never pouch work,but if someone is bluntly posting about work they have from <b>[XXXXXX]</b> it doesn't take long to figure it out,also how did he get it in the first place?....<br>We have and never would not pay anyone,I know for fact not one person can come on here and say otherwise,as I say we pay people very very quick as this should be the way it is !&nbsp; <br>FACT: 27.3.12-21.6.12 given out £144,755 worth of work to CX members,paid £93,733 owing £8,030,so come one keyboard warriors,do we owe you ?&nbsp; NO !!! <br><br><div><b>[Admin Edit: Anyone wanting to know the names involved should contact the poster directly and in private]</b></div>

Well i've seen a lot of stuff floating around the forums without anyone EVER actually going into any detail...so what IS the problem, why are a growing number of cxers saying bad stuff about you guys?<div>I understand there is a lot of paranoia out there, but to get such an amount of comments does beg the question why?</div><div>It doesn't take much to damage a hard built reputation and good of you to come on here to put your side....but I for one am still confused</div>

For what its worth, the fact that sooo many Couriers are voicing their concerns and warning of a similarity to a previous situation, and the fact that once certain buttons are pushed you resort to abuse AND lastly, the fact that you have changed from denying this [name] has anything to do with you, and now say he is in fact one of your customers kinda says all I think we need to know.<div>The Courier Industry are a fickle lot, but 99% of us are decent, honest, hardworking individuals, and word gets round very quickly when someone upsets the applecart.</div><div>If he is indeed one of your customers then I think you have been warned that you are very likely to get your fingers burnt, if you are this [name] and not [business] then I think you should stop damaging their reputation, get off these forums, and go away.</div>
