188Fuel Genie. They even give you a sat-nav download. Tesco and Morrisons. Also my advice to find best prices around the country is call me and let me tell you on the day and at that moment. I have an account with a firm that shows cheap prices UK wide... all I need is the town where you are and who you like to buy from. As long as its your dime I am ok with that. [name]. [business]. [phone]. Ask for me and mention MTVan (been trading since 1989 so I do know and appreciate what you are going through). It is tough out there.

2148Hi,
I have been using a BP card for a short while (2 months) and being a cynical ex motorcycle mechanic (28 years) I thought there was very little difference between supermarket fuel and 'proper' fuel well I'm wrong! I have found that on a tankfull of supermarket fuel I'm getting between 50 and 100 miles less (bepending on lead foot!) the first time I noticed it I thought it was a fluke but it keeps happening, This would make the cheaper supermarket fuel more expensive if you charge out the difference!!
I think the supermarkets put more detergent in their fuel (it's cheap) and this will have an effect on engine longevity,
hope this helps,
[name] [name]
[business]
5Fuel Cards? hmm that's a teaser, I have used a few in my time, but now I am with FUELLOGIC and to be honest I am not changing any time soon. My bills were running me £12 per 100m. I thought that was a bit much so went Cash for a week to see where the difference was. That venture cost me between £15 & £18 per 100m.

Then I joined up with these guys and now I am down to £9 per 100m
It works out at something like 9p per mile, I mean total Miles not plm, So you can see why I am going know where yet.

6252Depends where you are in the country.

We have UK Fuels & Diesel Direct but we rarely use them as they can't beat the supermarkets around here.

So we use Fuel Genie ([link]) you just pay the pump price at morrisons or tesco so cheap fuel and the convenience of a monthly bill.
3179In regard to General fuel filling stations vs Supermarket filling stations

If there is a difference then why when you go past the oil terminals like kingsbury or grangemouth i see Tesco & ASDA tankers in the same queue as BP Shell and esso waiting to be filled????
Just an observation
Long Services
10314Its all the same.....woteva anyone else tells you....Tesco etc can sell it cheaper cos they can...as for fuelcards...waste of dosh....you get 5p off a litre if you shops at tescos...the only good thing is fuelcards make accountin easier....but if you use a creditcard on everything courier related, then there's no advantage there either....

[name] ([business]) No Complications, No Excuses
