Unfortunately the Colonels secret recipe and Pukka pies have contributed to a big increase in my body weight so to counteract this i am now thinking "healthy"

As i am able to pack my own lunchbox i thought id let you know what is in it . Each day i intend to post my daily diet which i hope will encourage others to steer clear of fast food while on the road

To kick off tomorrow i have packed :

Smoked cheddar and vine tomato seeded batch hoagies x 2

Mixed leaves with chive dressing

A small skinless chicken breast

A bunch of grapes

Mineral water

Oliver & Sons

What you have in your lunchbox clearly has a different meaning down here and one that i'm not gong to elaborate on. Suffice to say that it isn't something i would want to share with anyone on here or anywhere else for that matter!
