Courier Exchange experiencing problems today

Whether its down to yesterdays cyber attack or today's high volume of work, Courier Exchange is experiencing delays with its text alerts, which kinda renders it pretty much useless. Getting a text 90 mins after the event is about as useful as a very useless thing that hasn't got much use at all

So expect mtvan to be a little busier today

I guess some things never change at Courier Exchange...

Bet you (CX users) wont get a refund for the days its out of service..

Posted 7 odd jobs on there, all covered within minutes.

Today that is.

Must be sorted then cos i had calls over an hour after saying they'd only just had the alerts.

I got an Email from them says that the problem was due to the server been down done some work to get the system back up, i left that site 12 months ago

Strange how they ALWAYS seem to have server issues on busy days isn't it

The site has been badly programmed from the start. Then, instead of a complete overhaul, they have chosen to continue fire fighting the issues.

This is why it costs you so much to join it.

Absolutley BUT you stick a job on it and it WILL get covered 99 times out of 100... And QUICKLY

More problems today, and this time they say can't find the cause.

Still a bit slow today, but does produce work that can be bidded on and it is up to date. They dont run jobs that are weeks old, as happens on here.
