I think you need to search about Vehotrans exchange by search engines and best for searching only google. You can get all informations like website, phone number...

Probably worth monitoring the situation just to see how it goes - they've been developing their website for a while now so it's probably geniune and they want to get it right first time.

No email here but they did follow my twitter account.
I actually thought the site looked ok, having mobile apps for all devices is a big plus, list of features looked good too.
I dismissed it though because of the £450 price mentioned above, if it turns out to be £96 that makes it more attractive.
In the wait and see camp atm.

636I've had an email too, offering a free 30 day trial if you sign up to the newsletter (with the site apparently launching in July). Against my better judgment - because I know it'll just lead to spam email and non stop sales calls - I decided to try it as I must admit the site looks pretty good and I'm intrigued to find out if it works.

I've been signed up a while and haven't received spam or phone calls. I only get an email from them when there's an update on the development of their website, and I believe it to be genuine regardless of what some people on here say.

Dickinson Group
15Just had a look at Vehotrans to be honest it looks really good and the £8 per week for a site that boasts the same if not more than Courier Exchange seems a pretty good deal to me I'll wait until its launched to compare, the app that works on all platforms is a huge bonus as all my drivers have different mobiles.
Long Services
10314With the cynism within our industry about anything new, be it a driver, courier co, or exchange site, they'll find it hard. Sometimes the old don't move with the times and what once looked good doesn't look so good now, or what was current is no longer current. Sometimes the new kid on the block can take advantage of apathy and "if it ain't broke don't fix it" attitude. Time will tell but if nothing else it should be a warning to us all that we can't afford to stand still.

One check might be to look at their website.. I wonder where they are located???
Their website actually offers an address at 145-157 St John's Street and 145-157 St John's Square. For such a professional looking website, that's a pretty poor basic error.
May Express
636Yes to be fair that address error doesn't look great and makes you think it might be a scammy, fly-by-night type of company, but in fairness to them they haven't actually launched the site yet so it could be a simple typo by a web designer, which has been overlooked while they are still in the testing phase.
They definitely aren't asking for any details yet other than name, company name, email and phone. This could easily be a way of harvesting info for marketing but I wasn't bothered about registering because it's not like you can't get all that info anyway.
Robinson Express
175643I don't think it's a typing error, it is in fact St Johns Street. Anyone can rent a mailbox there for £15 a month.
This company has been selling them for years as a virtual office package:
May Express
636The company certainly looks like a virtual office kind of set up. I certainly wouldn't pay anything to them but with the offer of a free 30 day trial, I'm interesting in checking it out.
Thing is, you just suspect that as soon as you try to sign up they'll ask for payment details which they'll begin charging after 30 days and if you want to cancel you have to give them 30 days notice!
Long Services
10314Try it... No payment details asked for... It may be a sly way of getting a network up and running for their own work, that address has come up before, and is linked to a company based in Devon... But maybe best to give the benefit of the doubt for now

Sorry, what I mean is when the site actually launches I imagine they'll want you to provide extra info as I think the current sign up process (which I have done) says it's just for their news letter?
Long Services
10314Oh yes, i'm sure they'll be some sort of fee. Nothing is free and all exchanges charge to join. The success will depend on membership take up and ease of use, and of course how much it costs to join

That would very much make sense, if they've got a 'plan' they will no doubt want to get a list of potential work providers together before it actually goes live. They'll need to tell those work providers that they have a network of drivers poised and waiting to roll.
It'll be interesting to see if it is genuine. I have had the email:-

10314Hi Rob
Firstly, thank you for registering for the Vehotrans newsletter. Just thought I'd drop you a quick personal email to hopefully answer a few questions that you may have about the Vehotrans Online Freight & Transport Exchange.
We offer 30 Days free membership. No obligation.
We will not ask for your payment details until your trial expires. If you do not want to continue with your membership, just walk away.
Member Details
We will ask you for additional information when your membership begins. This is entirely voluntary. If you wish to benefit from the features that we are offering then you may want to provide information that will allow us to do this. For example, if we are to send you an SMS text message regarding a job that fits your requirements then we will need your mobile phone number.
Vehogroup Ltd Company Address
The address listed on our website (145-157, St. Johns Street London, [postcode]), is the the address registered with companies House. Our company number is 08300609. Please look us up. Yes, this is a virtual office address. We are based in Wales but we prefer to a have London mailing address, for the obvious benefits that this brings.
Vehotrans Telephone Number
We are currently waiting on BT to complete the installation of lines into our small call centre. This has been promised by the end of June, but if you have had any dealings with BT, you can imagine that this might run over a bit. As soon as we have the number we will be advertising it on our website.
We are not a front for a courier company
We are purely an Online Exchange – a technology company. I have worked in software development for 20 years. Please look me up on linkedin: [link]
Why did we begin Vehotrans?
Having previously built Online Matching Systems, and looking for a new business idea, we were exploring how we could use this technology in a new area. One passing comment led to months of research and consultation with industry professionals, concluding with the decision to apply our technology to the logistics industry - matching freight with vehicles and warehouses.
Our Philosophy?
You only ever pay one price. We will not charge extra for extra services. Free accreditation for members. Free notifications. Free support. Only accredited companies & sole traders will be allowed on the exchange.
I appreciate that there is going to be some scepticism about a new start-up, especially with so many unscrupulous organisations out there in cyber space looking to rip you off at every turn. Please let me reassure you, we are not one of those companies.
I look forward to doing business with you.
Best regards
