Just wondering, if there is a yes vote on Thursday, will we have to have a passport and CMR insurance to deliver north of the border? It might sound a flippant question, but Scotland will be the same as any other EU country. So, would we charge European rates if that's the case?

2848What are European rates?

538I thought they were a few pence more than rates for work in the UK!

2848No such thing as 'going rate' in my book. We just price jobs individually, to suit us. As it happens Euro quotes usually include price for hotel etc, so yes possibly more than just UK mile for mile

3617I have to agree with RLT, so for me 15£plm sounds about right, In my book they get all they deserve if they say YES. And to add, if they get a majority on the YES, we should pull out of the EU, leaving them on there own, which then leaves England with aload of sponging EU migrants that need booting out... Just saying.

257Any additional costs would need to be passed on to the customer same as going to any other foreign country. The ones that immediately spring to mind are currency exchange & medical insurance for the driver
There won't be a yes... Its already been decided by the elite. Scotland won't be allowed to leave the union. Just wait and see if i am right.

10314Or... The yes vote will win, as Cameron and Co want, but they can't tell you thats what they want. By pretending to bully and continually being accused of "scare tactics", they ineffect make everyone in Scotland hate the Tories even more than they do already, ensuring a yes vote, thereby ending any possible chance of Labour ever winning a General Election ever again. Ok Westminster loses the Oil revenue, but that has lasted longer than anyone predicted anyway.
Its all a cunning plan, lose 40Labour MP's and job done
