Ongoing weekly collection - Delivery

I have been approached by a local business, asking to provide a service on a weekly basis to a standard, that we both are happy with. This run is currently is being done by a large company.. But the client is not happy as the paperwork is not arriving when it should..

The collection is in Paris 4pm Fri and Delivery is Saturday, Sheffield by 5.30pm. LikeI said its weekly, my client has asked for a bike, but I believe any transport can do it, and because its dedicated it will arrive on Time.
