DPD 2 hour delivery slot!

Had an email telling us that a DPD delivery would be made between 16:00 and 18:00 this afternoon.

Van turns up at 14:20 and the guy apologises for being early but unable to scan the goods as delivered because he is too soon so has taken the Con Labels with him to scan after the allotted 16:00........

Did you check to see if he had the correct insurance, h&R Git, Pl?

I worked for DPD for 6 years and they are a bunch of cowboys. The customer will get their eta window sent to them and the driver is not allowed to deliver early. Basically the driver has took the con notes and will forge the customers signature later on within the eta. Ok the drivers in the wrong but some of the shit you have to do working for these arseholes is unbelievable.

Well if its that bad, don't work for them!
