3440Only trust people on here after they have paid you, not when they say they are going to pay you.

2185Just to be clear:
The idea of the "Trust" is that you can show that you know and (usually) have traded with or worked for that person or company. So if you have worked with them, or for them, if you are or have been their customer or their supplier, or even if they have been in your town and have long had a good reputation, these are all reasons to "Trust" them on mtvan.
We suggest that you "Trust" people, and ask them to "Trust" you. It's good for your Profile. Just search for suitable people on the directory.
It isn't dependent on having done a particular job on mtvan.
There's a grey "Trust +" button on the right hand side of the directory search results.
Feedback is different. It's something you leave after a particular job on mtvan has been done and completed, including POD and payment. Always ask for and leave Feedback.

5507I personally only trust people that I have done work for and paid me ontime. If they don't pay me on time, means I can't trust them and I won't work for them again

All the same, you are most likely to want to trust someone after you've left them feedback, so the button ought to be on the profile page really.

2250I have never had a problem being paid but then I dont sub for some of the well known companies. Bigger they are (generally) the longer you wait.

Hello MyVanCan, you can now trust and untrust another member directly from the top of their profile page. As ever, let me know if you run into any problems.
