Highway Code - when did you last read it?

The national speed limit on the motorway for my car derived van is 70mph But if you drive a transit or sprinter type van the limit is 60mph. How many drivers are aware of that one?

How many drivers have actully been stopped !!!!!

There are a few laws like this but they choose to enforce HGVs on single caridge way roads

I thought once you get behind the wheel of a sprinter, that it was law not to drop below 85 mph, I think you highway code is out of date!

The speed limit on the motorway for a sprinter or transit is 70mph, they are classed as Goods vehicles (not more than 7.5 tonn

Great info guys. Stuff that everyone on the road should be up to date on.

My copy of the Highway Code clearly states that I can go as fast as I damn well like ... providing I don't get caught.

Still interesting to know that my van can go 10 mph legally than yours on those other roads tho ...ner ner ner ner ne

The Highway Code and Sameday Couriers......not sure you can have both in the same sentence. You'll be telling me next that you turn your wheel using both hands
