Just purchased a van and courier insurance etc

At a bit of a lost with setting up the VAT register part is their a simple way i should proceed with this along with ltd company stuff

Thanks for any advice to overcome these two issues with the least stress or hassle

Is sole trader or ltd best way to go?

Sole trader, you don't need an accountant, because my friend, you won't make too much money from this job, trust me...

Makes sense to register for vat. Do you want to pay govenment 20% of your fuel Chelsea. Ltd company only after you are earning £40000 profits a year. Tax advantageous. Stay sole trader.
