WHAT BOOKING SOFTWARE ARE YOU USING?

Just out of interest to see what's good and what's not.

We have been using [link] for about 8 years and find it and the telephone assistance to be both effective and good value.

We use DA systems

Phone/email, pen and a dairy sorted

Works a treat, job goes in the dairy, drivers name next to job not panic if the pc crashs no panic if the internet goes down no missed jobs

And when shed loads come in all at the same time its nice and easy to work out what time drivers will be back to go straight back out again, just gets a pain when the page is full and the writing gets smaller at the bottom of the page :-)

You need larger diary

Its only know and then it gets that full :(. But 80% of my work is for the wagons now and is book well in advanced :-)
