Has anyone experienced problems trying to update their profiler account. I've tried to upload a photo ID & my insurance docs but all I get is a message saying loading on the insurance and nothing happened when I click the green button to upload a profile pic. Upload & download speed on my system are ok & the rest of the MTVan site responds very well Cheers Harry
