Small updates to the forum editor.

Hi, we're trying a few minor tweaks to the forum editor. It will sometimes help tidy up formatting but I don't expect it to be particularly intrusive.

Please post here if you have any problems though.

Slight issue: when using on my android, sometimes clicking on a forum topic title doesn't open the thread. Intermittent fault. Not sure if the problem is your end or mine, but i haven't had the issue anywhere else...

OK, that's unrelated to the changes I've just made. I'll have a go on an Android phone, sounds like maybe a browser bug. They are totally standard links though, nothing special. Perhaps because the page is very long, seems unlikely though.
