Morning all, I'm interested on people's thoughts with regards to sign writing vehicles? Some people I've spoken to say not to, I would have thought advertising your services on the move would be a good thing.

Any thoughts?

Depends really

We have several accounts that involves moving high value goods so advertising isn't in our or the clients interests but generally i think its a good idea, and if you look on vistaprint you can get large window decals that look good on vans and cost a lot less than sign writing.

Don't do magmounts tho... They fall off and/or get nicked

Oh and if you predominantly sub from other couriers, then advertising you, rather than them is a conflict of interest A bit like leaving you card at the pick up or delivery point when doing a job for A2B Couriers

If you are subbing to courier companies it's not really etiquette to turn up at their customers with your name all over your van!

And it costs a lot to remove when you sell your van.
