Query for Admin

Dear Admin,


Twice today I've received e-mail alerts for a small van requirement in South Wales, which would be fine if I was in South Wales, but I'm not ... I'm in South Devon. Why am I getting alerts for jobs that are absolutely nowhere near me? Bit pointless really, isn't it.

Thanks for the question. I'm quite sure it's because of the straight line distance between you and South Wales.

Try reducing your alert radius in the alert settings to something better for you here...

I've just found the 'Alert Radius' slider and adjusted it to suit. Never noticed it before.
