Does everyone carry backup PODs just incase they apply for a job that has been advertised?

I always carry dozen or so blank pods as well as my pods. I quite often pick work up whilst out on the road so it makes sense to carry spares. Would of thought most people carry spares as standard.

I have a non-branded duplicate delivery note pad, from Staples, with me at all times.

I also have a staples duplicate book just in case.. But this morning one of the lads of ere didnt.. I only found out after the job had been allocated to him (before you ask he did have Insurances), now hes new and all and wanted a chance, but its certainly not a good start to say the least.

You seem to have quite a lot of trouble with subbies, have you ever thought you might be doing something wrong?

I dont have trouble with subbies that tow the line and know what they are doing, what makes you think I have a lot of trouble that could be down to me doing something wrong then?
