There is a new member on this site which is a high profile business which joined within the last week or so but is listed as of Aug 1st as in Liquidation. Does this sound right?

I then noticed that the new member isn't the limited company in Liquidation but the Logo and business address is the same, But the person named on the MTVAN listing isn't listed as a director of the liquidated company.

Am i over complicating something here?
