If I cover a job, that job is then cancelled 90 mins b4 the due collection time, as a driver would you expect to be paid a call out charge?

3179I wouldn't be looking to pay the driver, I would however put the driver on the next available job.<br><br>These things happen and are a risk of the job, the vendor is unlikely to pay you for a cancelled job unless you have specific T&C's in place or its a regular customer.<br>

2148I work on the theory that if I was in the van on the way then a fee is required,<br>if not then just put it down to experience.<br>
