Were All In! (pensions)

Has anyone had to deal with the supply of pensions for staff yet can someone fill me in on where the money comes from? Do i have to pay for pensions out of my profit or is it a tax deductable expence?

This may prove helpful. Think you don't have to pay NI on pension contributions and they are a business expense.

Whats a Pension? Am going wi nowt. No friends no family, throw me on the rubbish tip to rot thats how governments want us to end up. Hi Phax yeah i know its total rubbish and prob isnt relivant to most people here as most are self emplyed couriers so it doesnt effect you but for those that employ people its going to be a legal requirement that we have to offer a pension.

You need one of them big rusty sprinters.

I had a 4myr sprinter 3 years ago changed it THREE times in first month. First day got it home went to start it later in the day. Starter motor needed replacing. So I wont be getting one anytime soon. I like my Partner though may get a Transporter (better for sleeping).
