Walking Distance

Is it just me or is there a remarkable increase on here of jobs of less than 10 mile (some even a mile). How much do these pay I wonder? Do you have minimum charges? I know I do.

That might be something to do with me :)

Regarding the jobs posted on here, well if we cannot cover it with one of our own members, then the best offer from mtvan gets the job.

And with most Couriers having a minimum charge varying from £10-£25 (and some more than that) you could argue that these have little to no interest and are therefore clogging up the newsfeed and "courier work" pages.

[name]. I think the point is most people's minimum charge exceeds what YOU are getting paid never mind what the courier would be paid, so it seems pointless posting them on here.

What you mean it pays more than there paper round... lol

My last paper round paid me 17/6d per week, in today's money that would be a lot more than some of these 'retail sameday' jobs!

Even a paper lad, ooops person, will turn down some of the rates for couriers.
