Thanks from CCC

We have just started posting jobs on mtvan as we are over run with work at the moment, and have been pleasantly surprised by amount of response.

We would just like to say thanks to everyone who has so far responded to our postings and the couriers who have taken and completed our work.

mtvan seems to be a well kept secret, I had no idea how good it was until I tried it and now we rely on it.

There has been a lot of talk on another thread about vehotrans or whatever it's called as an alternative to cx, well in my opinion the alternative to cx is already here, and it works :o)

I don't think one can comment on how good any exchange site is after posting 4 jobs...i call that misleading, and yet another example of self promoting on how "over run with work at the moment" one is... Cleverly hidden in a compliment to this site and those that run it... I call that a cheap attempt at advertising, but one the poster will no doubt get away with

Give me (mtvan) a break.

4 jobs, 3 with multiple quotes online and I would expect more over the phone. Quite likely the one without online quotes got quotes over the phone too.

Oh dear, the positivity is shattered already - it was never going to last very long, lol.

I seriously do not understand why you are so negative Speed Nationwide? We covered our jobs using this site and in turn did not have to let our customer down. We also used one of the drivers who had done a job for us directly rather than posting on here as he did a fab job for us. After the negative feedback we got hurled at us the other day, why cant we post and say how well we are doing from this site.

Maybe you should remember the old phrase... If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

I would also like to say thankyou to those who have also sent us private messages, much appreciated. :)

I can honestly say that i have covered work for ccc and spoke to steve on the phone and met paula yesterday. They are the genuine article in my book. I covered a urgent job for them lastnight at a decant rate aswell(not 60pplm). They only pay that rate to there own drivers not to people on here. I'm willing to do more work for this company as i have stated what my rate is and they are happy with and so am i. So basically we are both winners. I know there has been an issue with the address, but i know this address as its only 5 mins drive from my house. I just wish people would get on with running there business the way they want to run it. Not everyone will agree and i get that. I will continue to do work ccc if they require me.

I am entitled to my opinion, and if we all strated thanking people everytime we got a few jobs covered there wouldn't be much room for anything else. Thats what the feedback is for, so for me, like it or not, the only conculsion you can come up with is its a subtle way of promoting yourself. You can call it negativity if you like, i call it sussing you out.

Here's another phrase for you "if you can't stand the heat..."

You are entitled to your opinion, but I think I can fairly say, most of the time your opinion is not wanted, unless you have something worthwhile to say, which to be honest is not that often.

As East Lancs has stated, he has met these people and vouched that they are genuine. You are casting your negative opinion from hundreds of miles away based on what? I'll say no more :o)

I also did a CCC job t'other day and hope there are more forthcoming. I believe in trusting people and see what happens. Work not been that good off here. But we live in hope. Keeps the wheels turning.

Thank you for the benefit, lol. You will find us very transparent, what you see is exactly what you get. We pay exactly as stated and within the time scale we state. My staff are nice people to deal with, as our feedback on here will show. You really can't go wrong :-)
