Mr G spending xmas on the road

Rather than add my input to RLT"s post about 24/7 drivers.. I thought i would create my own post to let you know that I am available on Xmas day/boxing day new years eve and new years day and of course the days in between.

For those of you who think im mad and a bit of a scrooge..please give me your address so i can send you a postcard from Barbados in January when work becomes a little scarce

I never forget the motto "A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush" and my own motto "A driver being chased with offers of work is better than thousands of drivers chasing nothing"

Mr Griffin works twice as hard as the average 'Joe Bloggs'

Not like many, as he always works unsociable hours, and Friday afternoons! YES Friday afternoons, without moaning, and he does a bloody good job too.

I dont begrudge any body anything. Have a good en Mr G. This 'Joe Bloggs works friday afternoon friday night and sat and sun. Last sunday I was in sunny Arbroath.

UPDATE: I still haven't made it to Barbados.

I had intended to take a last minute deal ..instead all you lovely vendors seem to be posting work on a last minute deal. That has kept me exceptionally busy and i haven't yet had a day without a full days work...

I'm sure in my original post i suggested that work would be scarce...but

What do i know? I'm just a driver
