Instead of clogging up the boards with work related stuff lets lighten the mood and talk about Chicken!

From KFC to NANDO"s to ASDA "extra tasty" Hot Chicken, there seems to be choices for everyone.

Where do you prefer to buy your chicken from?

Do you hanker for the days when you could buy a plain chicken from a proper butcher? Not pre marinated or stuffed or anything?

Where do you buy your chicken on the road when hungry?

Not just pork tho is it Mr G

We have ham, gammon, pancetta, salami, not to mention a multitude of good old british bangers

What about a hog roast with all that yummy crackling... Spare ribs (schlurp)

Ham Hock is cheap as is Pigs Liver... Endless options

Bit of horse don't go amiss either, as a lot of us has found out recently. Quite nice minced & lightly grilled in a toasty.

I get chicken breasts directly from the local poultry abattoir. We stuff them with grated cheese and wrap them in streaky Bacon.
