Let Down Badly.

Had a bad experience with a member courier company trading out of [Admin: Snip]. They quoted on one of my jobs from Wembley to High Wycombe. I rang them to discuss the load, a euro pallet 120x80x60cms at 200kgs. Collect at 13:00 and deliver asap. They confirmed the price and I accepted. I asked for GOB and POD. At 14:00 I had no contact so I rang to see if all ok. I was told "sorry can't do the job, not enough room on van". Kin Furious!

You should of gone for [name], you guys doubt people too much & this happens, perhaps you won't be so fussy next time.

And it will take 60 days for neg feedback to go on.. At least you didnt have to wait 90 days like me..

Had almost the very same done to me, although as it was booked in advance I tried to contact them the day before just to ensure everything was ok, no response, three texts & attempted calls later over several hours nothing so I cancelled them by text seeing as they weren't answering their calls, very unprofessional.

All too familiar for members of certain sites
