That's the problem with naming and shaming.

Always another side to the story!

I have the same thing with another company. They ignore the e-mail, SMS, phone.

There was a thread on here within the last few days (which has mysteriously disappeared!) with regards to (Admin Edit) members on this website which whilst it did not directly name a company, I am informed that it related to the company named in this thread.

Seems they require a bit of looking into!

I have also done allot of work for this company he owes me allot of money , [name] is what he calls himself but I have since found out his real name is [name] of Ashford Kent, Has anyone one else had deals with this guy? Please contact me urgently.

It's another Jeremy saga, the guy will get away with it, letters, ccjs etc are no good, get round and pan him, my brother does and always gets paid forget the nice pleasant route.

I have emailed the police officer and it didn't bounce back, I will post when a reply arrives Good luck and keep chasing.

We also have not been paid?

How late was payment?

Does it matter how over due it is when it exceeds the terms we agreed, I have asked nicely lots of times and the reply I got was " no problem will pay fella dont worry your get your money " or "just given it all to my accountant your get it monday".

If I was told I am strapped can I have a little longer to settle up I would have given longer if i could. We all have bills to pay dont we?

It can matter if it is just a day or so overdue! There are always two sides to a story, hence why naming & shaming is not a good tool which to use on a public forum.

It may have been just an oversight or many other things, hence why I asked my original question,

Would your insurance company etc accept a late payment or can you pay for fuel on a late payment? No

I am not siding with anyone. I agree you should have been paid by now

I still do not like naming & shaming though! for many reasons it should be sorted without the need to do so on a public forum.

Believe me, sadly I have been stitched up for thousands of pounds over the last 20 years, the grapevine soon gets to know about the so called villains.

I hope you get paid soon, it sure is not nice having to wait, but in the overall scheme of things at least it could be alot worse than 15 days.

On the rare occasion I have asked people to do work for me, I have paid them within 3/4 days sometimes on the day of the job if I know and trust the person, there is no excuse for late or non payment in this line of work or any other, if you can't pay simple don't ask anybody to do the work, I have no sympathy towards these type of people.
