Hi, I'm not new to the business, but I am new to the site!

My contracts have dried up a bit in the past few weeks and I found this site whilst looking for new contacts.

I admit I have never heard of mtvan before, is it a place worth frequenting guys?

Im in Torbay, I have a high top m/w transit, and I'm ready to rock and roll!!

Hi mate.

To be honest Im abit new new to this internet lark, I have always got my work the old fashioned way, phone, flyers and word of mouth...

However.. things have slowed down a tad, so its time to try new things!

Theres so many courier sites, where do you start?

Most of the forums you come across will tell you the best exchange sites to tout for work, although your way is still the best locally, there's no doubt the future is with exchange sites for both the one man band and courier companies alike.

Best to just network yerself to local Courier firms whilst slowly building up your own portfolio, and wheneva you do get out and about use these sites to let people know so you get a chance of a return

I think, coming from somebody that doesn't use computers all that much, there is so many sites out there, all charging for access, I could spend a fortune and not get a single job!
