I just had the same problem , Urgent job and called AT LEAST 20 couriers in the directory.<br><br>this end and in Birmingham.<br><br>Most profiles were out dated and the others just go to answerphone.<br><br>I am now bald through pulling my hair out.<br>

Hi Logic.<br>I saw you were empty but this job was a big van and i had to eventually sub it to another co who for some reason sent a small van, I then tried to get authorisation to send 2 more small vans in at my cost to get the job covered but the sender said no as they were worried about damage.<br>Obviously we wouldn't have damaged them but it's their call at the end of the day.<br>It's now been re scheduled with a big van for tomorrow.<br>Thanks for the contact and i am positive our paths will cross soon as we do have a fair amount of work from derby.<br>

I think that when a new member signs up then a system should be in place to restrict practically everything until a basic profile has been completed.
