As I will be using a Jumbo Transit from next week, and I have taken advantage of a couple of stationary companies that want me to trial franking machines with free postal credit included, I will be doing a mail shot to industrial estates. It may or may not pay off but if it does I am going to need reliable subbies who are ideally within 30 mins of Dartford so I don't fall flat on my face at the first fence. I prefer a call rather than a post here so call me on [phone] if you want to be considered.

Please don't call unless you have H&R, GiT and PL insurances in place and can prove it.

Hire and reward is basically courier insurance as opposed to plain van insurance

K and S, there's no point putting yourself forward if you don't answer basic questions like 'What van do you have?'<div><br></div><div>To anyone else, I'll be getting the flyers delivered this week and I'm surprised how few are interested in possible subbing! So far, [name] in Lincs, you could well be a busy boy up there!&nbsp;</div>

Maybe I should have added that although the Dartford area would be best, I will also be targeting the Bedford/Cambridge/Peterborough area as my daughter (and my 4 granddaughters with another on the way!) live in the St Neots and it's always nice to have a double reason to drive up the A1&nbsp;

Since I've been advertising a delivery service for eBay and other goods I've had some interesting calls. One feller wanted to know if I could deliver an expensive futon from Herts to Lancs if he won it on eBay. We agreed a price but he later called to say he didn't win the auction.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>This morning I get an email from someone else asking if I can collect a 75kg axle from Sunderland and deliver it to SE London. Told him yes and asked how urgently he wants it before I quote a price. If it's urgent he's in for a shock!</div>

The eBay stuff can work out well if they're all flexible. I currently have a collection from Brum anyway so there's 85 miles out of the way. Now I have a possible delivery of a rug to Rochdale (from Chigwell, if she wins the auction). If I do them all on the same day, leave early and go to Mackem land first, then work my way back to Rochdale, I should be in the right area, at the right time, to get an mtvan job back to London, via Brum.<div><br></div><div>Looks good so far but the only definites are Brum and Sunderland so I'll have to wait and see. &nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
